How to book

Ticket Office Opening Times:

- Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 1.00pm

- On show nights the Box Office opens 1 hour before the performance.

Booking By Phone:

Call the Ticket Office on 01373 462795 during opening times.

Our answerphone will take your call out of hours, with messages cleared daily.

- Tickets booked by telephone will normally be held for 4 working days, before being offered for resale

- We accept Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Solo and Maestro subject to a booking fee of £1.00 per transaction.

Booking By Post:

Please write to us with details of your requirements to Frome Memorial Theatre, Christchurch Street West, Frome, Somerset, BA11 1EB. Cheques should be made payable to FMT, and please include a Stamped Addressed envelope to you want the tickets sent to you. We cannot accept any unguaranteed cheque payments 10 days prior to the show.

Refunds & Exchanges:

We regret that we are unable to make refunds or exchanges once they have been paid for. Tickets can be returned for re-saleonly if the performance has been sold out. An administration fee of £1 per ticket will be charged. The FMT reserves the right to sell its own tickets first. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Concessions:

These vary with individual shows, and may include Children and Theatre Members
