Our internet sales are hosted by an external organisation and the fee covers the cost of providing an internet service. The transaction will appear on your account statement as Tickets.com.

Presentation of your confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase will be requested for all tickets collected at the Box Office.

If tickets are to be posted a charge of £1.00 will be added.

Single Seats: When booking online the system will not allow single seats to be left unoccupied for example, leaving an empty seat between booked seats or at the end of a row. If, when trying to book a single seat, you receive a warning message please look elsewhere in the auditorium for your seats or call the Box Office for further assistance.

Group Booking: Group discounts are available for purchases of 10 or more tickets on some of the theatres performances.

Children: Children under the age of two years of age are permitted to sit on the parents / grandparents lap and no ticket purchase is necessary for the child. A ticket must be purchased for children aged two years upwards.

The minimum age for a child to attend unaccompanied is 12 years old.

Concessions: These vary with individual shows, and may include Children and Theatre Members – please check with the Box Office. Child concessions, when applicable, are for children under the age of 16.

Dancing: Whilst the venue is a seated venue, some shows encourage the audience to get out of their seats and dance. In general we do not prevent customers from doing this as we wish our audience members to have a good time and enjoy the show.
If a member of the audience is being unruly or inappropriate, we may ask them to sit down or remove them from the auditorium. As a general rule, if you do not wish to dance or if you do not want the possibility of an obstructed view of the stage due to other audience members stood or dancing, we recommend that you purchase tickets in the Stalls from Row K backwards, or in the Balcony.

Refunds will not be given on the basis that other members of the audience were obstructing views due to standing or dancing.

Refunds & Exchanges: We regret that we are unable to make refunds or exchanges once tickets have been paid for. Tickets can be returned for resale only if the performance has been sold out. An administration fee of £2 per ticket will be charged. The FMT reserves the right to sell its own tickets first. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Event Cancellations / Postponements: If an event is postponed, we will automatically transfer your tickets to the new date. If you are unable to make the new date, we will ask you to return your tickets for a refund. We will refund the price that you paid for your tickets. Service fees, processing fees and any other fees, such as delivery fees, are not refundable. If an event is cancelled, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible to offer a refund.
